CS Real Estate Fund Global

The Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund Global (CS REF Global) investment fund invests in quality commercial properties situated in attractive locations in the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and in Europe (excluding Switzerland). Currencies are for the most part hedged against the Swiss franc (CHF). The fund offers private and institutional investors diversified access to international real estate markets. The fund is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

Francisca Fariña Fischer

Francisca Fariña Fischer

Francisca Fariña Fischer (1978) has worked at Credit Suisse since 2006. She began as a Career Starter in the Credit Recovery Real Estate area and was responsible for evaluating risk positions. 

She gained further experience in Investment Banking Real Estate in Frankfurt. 

From November 2007 to September 2010 she served as Acquisition Manager in Real Estate Investment Management. There, she was responsible for purchasing real estate in Switzerland. 

From 2010 to 2013, she was the Investment Manager and Asset Manager in the Americas region, and was based in New York. Her remit encompassed the CS REF International and CS REF Global funds. She has been the product manager of the CSA RE Germany investment group since 2013.

Fariña Fischer has an MSc degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich. During and after her architecture studies, she gained practical experience as an architect in Switzerland and abroad.
