Team Rachel Salzmann
Rachel Salzmann is responsible for public and regulatory affairs at Credit Suisse Energy Infrastructure Partners. She has more than 12 years of experience in energy and infrastructure policy.
Before joining CSEIP, she worked as a personal assistant to Federal Councillor Doris Leuthard at the Federal Department of Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications (DETEC). She was responsible for advising the Federal Councillor on political issues affecting energy and infrastructure, and for maintaining contact with Parliament, associations, and companies.
Prior to that, she served as a specialist on energy policy at DETEC and was Deputy Head of the Management Services Division at the Federal Office of Energy (SFOE).
Rachel Salzmann holds an Executive MBA from the Bern University of Applied Sciences as well as a lic. phil. hist. from the University of Bern.
