Credit Suisse Asset Management provides Access – Expertise – Link to its clients

The Credit Suisse Asset Management Investment Conference 2016 took place on June 2 and 3 in Andermatt, an idyllic setting in the Swiss Alps. Andermatt is close to the Gotthard Base Tunnel, the world's longest and deepest railway tunnel which opened the day before the conference. The innovative spirit of this engineering marvel could be felt over the two days.

The conference was hosted by Harald Réczek, Head of EMEA and Swiss Distribution for Asset Management, and was a flagship event for reaching out to key clients. The underlying theme was "Access, Expertise, Link":

  • Access to CSAM's senior management and thought leaders, including Michael Strobaek, Global CIO & Head Asset Management Switzerland, and Jonathan Wilmot, Head of Macro Research
  • Expertise through a series of talks and presentations from CS and external industry leaders
  • Links to specialists and potential investment solutions across all traditional and alternative asset classes through a number of dedicated and structured workshops.

Key issues, such as the current low yield environment, thematic investing and the potential of China, were all addressed.
