The Human Resources, Communications and Branding Division manages our most vital assets—our people and our brand. As part of this ten-week program for rising college seniors, you’ll work with experienced professionals to help build long-term value for all of our stakeholders, including our staff, clients, shareholders and communities.
As part of this program you will:
- Work in a variety of areas, including: Experienced Talent Acquisition; Campus Recruiting; Talent Development; Human Resources Business Partner Function; HR Policy, Risk and Control; Compensation; Branding or Corporate Communications.
- As a Communications or Branding Intern, you will learn about marketing and communications best practices, have a chance to improve your writing and presentation skills, develop content and utilize social media to help market and promote the firm.
- As an intern in our Human resources, Recruiting or Talent Development areas, you will learn about people management, assessment, and best practices in recruitment, educational programs, development, compensation policy and human resources.
