We offer a variety of positions across several business lines and functions

Investment Banking

The Investment Bank provides a diversified global portfolio of financial products and services to institutional, hedge fund, corporate and government clients around the world. We provide the full range of advisory, origination and capital raising services.

Investment Banking Technology (IT)

Credit Suisse's investment banking Technology department ("IB Technology") is responsible for the development and maintenance of all information technology systems within the investment bank.

IB Technology contains a number of different product lines, each supporting a distinct area of the investment banking business. Equities Technology provides support and development of applications used by the Equities businesses globally.

The applications are predominantly Front Office Trading, Electronic Trading Systems, Position Keeping, Booking Systems and Client Connectivity.

Private Banking

The Private Banking group works on Thematic and Quantitative Research with Global Research verticals such as Equities, Fixed Income/ Credit, FX, Macro and others.

Risk

The Risk function focuses on 4 key areas – Strategic Risk Management, Credit Risk Management, Risk Analytics and Reporting (RAR), and Bank Operational Risk Oversight.

The business focuses its work on VaR, Economic Risk Capital, Scenario Analysis and FO Model Validation across Forex, Fixed Income, Equity, Credit and Commodity asset classes in the Europe, America and Asia regions. The team is also competent in measuring and verifying counterparty credit risk for the bank.

Chief Financial Officer

The CFO division exists to support the bank in its ambitious growth plans, and plays an active role in helping Credit Suisse to achieve its vision of being the world’s most admired bank. The division plans to meet this goal by putting clients, teamwork and reputation at the very heart of the CFO division as we pursue our mission to protect and enhance shareholder value by

  • Acting as a guardian of the bank’s financial franchise;
  • Delivering reliable and transparent information to our stakeholder; and
  • Optimizing the use of financial resources.

The division comprises the following departments: Financial Accounting, Group Controlling, Product Control, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, Global Insurance, New Business, Shared Services Controlling.

Human Resources

HR Service Centers in Pune support the delivery of HR services to its client base. These Service Centers are the cornerstone of our HR service delivery model.

The HR Service Centers are an integral component of the operations provided by Credit Suisse's Centers of Excellence (CoE) program, which supports clients across the bank including Technology, Finance, Operations, Risk and the Investment Bank.

Credit Suisse is committed to growing its CoE franchise, which enables the creation of leaner, more efficient business functions and optimizes our business models for a competitive advantage, thereby enhancing the firm's overall performance.

General Counsel

General Counsel provides legal and compliance support to all business divisions and Shared Services functions across all regions of the bank.

Our goal is to protect the reputation of Credit Suisse by ensuring that employees have the necessary tools and know-how to comply with all applicable internal policies and external rules and regulations.

We support all areas of the business as they undertake the important task of managing their legal and regulatory risks. In addition to our advisory role, we develop and issue policies, conduct compliance training and perform monitoring and surveillance activities.
