For WhatsApp users, start a conversation with your Credit Suisse team today by following these steps:

Step 1

Ensure that:

  • the Credit Suisse Wealth Management APAC app and WhatsApp are installed on your device
  • you are signed in to your WhatsApp account

Step 2

Scan the QR code below using your device. You will be redirected to WhatsApp.

Step 3

Text "Hi" and follow the steps displayed to complete your authentication using the Credit Suisse WM APAC app.

Should you have forgotten your Credit Suisse WM APAC app login credentials, you can reset it by launching the App and clicking on "Forgot username or password".
