Credit Suisse Chat Get Started with Credit Suisse Chat on WeChat
For WeChat users, start a conversation with your Credit Suisse team today by following these steps:
- Ensure that:
- the Credit Suisse PB APAC app is installed on your device; and
- you are signed in to your WeChat account
- Scan the QR code below using your device and click "Follow"
- Click on the link at the bottom of the automated message from Credit Suisse
- Next, click on the "..." icon at the top right corner
- Tap to open via your default browser (e.g. Safari, Chrome etc.)
- Authenticate: You will be redirected to the Credit Suisse PB APAC App
- Follow the steps displayed to complete your authentication

Once completed, you can begin chatting with your Credit Suisse team.
