Get Started with Credit Suisse Chat on WeChat

For WeChat users, start a conversation with your Credit Suisse team today by following these steps: 

Step 1

  • Ensure that:
    • the Credit Suisse PB APAC app is installed on your device; and
    • you are signed in to your WeChat account

Step 2

  • Scan the QR code below using your device and click "Follow"
  • Click on the link at the bottom of the automated message from Credit Suisse
  • Next, click on the "..." icon at the top right corner
  • Tap to open via your default browser (e.g. Safari, Chrome etc.)

Step 3

  • Authenticate: You will be redirected to the Credit Suisse PB APAC App
  • Follow the steps displayed to complete your authentication

Once completed, you can begin chatting with your Credit Suisse team.
