Credit Suisse Chat Get Started with Credit Suisse Chat on Messages
For iPhone and iPad users, start a conversation with your Credit Suisse team today on Messages by following these steps:
- Ensure that:
- the Credit Suisse PB APAC app is installed on your iPhone or iPad;
- iMessages is switched to ‘on’ (please go to Settings > Messages); and
- you are signed in to the iPhone and/or iPad with your personal Apple ID
- Click here or scan the QR code below using your iPhone or iPad to initiate a chat.
- Text “Hi” and follow the steps displayed to complete your authentication using the Credit Suisse PB APAC App.
Should you have forgotten your login credentials for the Credit Suisse PB APAC App, you can reset it by launching the App and clicking on "Forgot username or password".
