Benchmark Reform and the end of LIBOR:
Where a transaction or product references LIBOR, the benchmark will permanently cease or become non-representative immediately after either 31 December 2021 or 30 June 2023, in accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority announcement dated 5 March 2021 (“FCA Announcement”).
