Publication of restated historical financial information following the previously announced changes in Credit Suisse’s organizational structure

Credit Suisse today published its historical financial information, which has been restated to reflect the new divisional reporting structure and management responsibilities announced on October 21, 2015. The changes do not impact the consolidated results of Credit Suisse Group.

Credit Suisse Group has been restructured to create three new, regionally focused divisions – Switzerland, Asia Pacific and International Wealth Management, and two global divisions – Global Markets and Investment Banking & Capital Markets. Beginning with Credit Suisse’s 4Q15 and full-year 2015 results, scheduled to be released on February 4, 2016, Credit Suisse’s financial reporting will be presented as six reporting segments, including the newly created Strategic Resolution Unit, reflecting the new organizational structure.

The Strategic Resolution Unit consolidates the remaining portfolios from existing non-strategic units plus additional businesses and positions that do not fit with our strategic direction. With the introduction of the Strategic Resolution Unit the concept of strategic and non-strategic results was retired.

The changes do not impact the consolidated results of Credit Suisse Group.

A spreadsheet providing the restated historical financial information for the first three quarters of 2015, all quarters of 2014 and 2013, as well as the full years 2012 and 2011 can be found under www.credit-suisse.com/results.

Further details concerning the divisional changes and the transfer of the businesses from the former Private Banking & Wealth Management or Investment Banking divisions to the new divisions can be found on www.credit-suisse.com/results.
