Rebecca Wei is Co-Founder and Chairman of LGDR & Wei, the Asian arm of international art gallery LGDR.

Ms. Wei joined McKinsey & Company in 1999, becoming the Firm’s first female partner in Greater China.

Ms. Wei entered the art industry in 2012, serving as President and Chairman of Christie's Asia until 2020. Her leadership helped revamp the auction business and there was exponential growth in both sales and client base during her tenure.

In 2020, she became a founding partner and Chairman of Lévy Gorvy Asia, before joining forces with Dominique Lévy, Brett Gorvy, Amalia Dayan and Jeanne Greenberg Rohatyn to launch LGDR & Wei in Asia in January, 2022.

She holds a Master’s of Business Administration from INSEAD.
