Eric Yin is Executive Director and CFO of East Buy Holding Limited, a Chinese provider of online education courses. He is also CFO of Beijing Xuncheng, which owns and operates East Buy Holding Limited; director of Zhuhai Chongsheng Heli Network Technology Company Limited and director of Xi’an Ruiying, a raw materials producer.

Mr. Yin also serves as Vice President of New Oriental China, a provider of private educational services. He was Financial Controller and Assistant Vice President of New Oriental China from June 2005 to May 2016, and a senior accountant at professional services firm PwC from 1996 to 2001.

Mr. Yin has been a PRC accredited accountant since October 2001. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from China’s Capital University of Economics and Business in July 1996 and his Master’s in Business Management at Peking University in China in July 2008.
