The IRA is the most comprehensive, ambitious climate legislation passed in the US, preserving most of the key provisions in Biden’s original Build Back Better Plan (BBB). The bill is well designed and should be politically durable: it’s economically attractive and technology-agnostic in the production of clean electricity and clean fuels.
