Credit Suisse publishes restated historical financial information reflecting new divisional reporting structure

Credit Suisse today published its historical financial information, which has been restated to reflect the new divisional reporting structure and management responsibilities announced on November 4, 2021.

Effective January 1, 2022, the Group has been reorganized into four divisions – Wealth Management, Investment Bank, Swiss Bank and Asset Management – and four geographic regions – Switzerland, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Asia Pacific and Americas. With the publication of the first quarter results for 2022, scheduled for April 27, 2022, the Group’s financial information will be presented as four divisional reporting segments, and the Corporate Center. In addition, Credit Suisse will be providing regional reporting for certain metrics. The changes do not impact the consolidated results of Credit Suisse Group.

An overview providing the restated historical financial information for all quarters of 2021 and 2020, as well as for the full years of 2019 and 2018 is available to analysts and stakeholders at https://www.credit-suisse.com/about-us/en/investor-relations/financial-regulatory-disclosures/quarterly-earnings-material.html.
