Eddy Sze has been appointed a Managing Director and Market Leader for Greater China, effective from July 16. He will be based in Hong Kong reporting to Anna Wong, Market Area Head Greater China. Mr. Sze has 28 years of experience in private and corporate banking and was previously a Managing Director and China Team Head at BNP Paribas Wealth Management.

Richard Wong has joined Credit Suisse as a Director and Team Leader for Greater China and will report to Mr. Sze. Mr. Wong was the Market Advisor China Market at BNP Paribas Wealth Management, and has more than 30 years in private and corporate banking across Asia with BNP Paribas, Citibank and Royal Bank of Canada.

Commenting on the new appointments, Ms. Wong said: “As an increasingly integrated trade and economic zone, Greater China offers tremendous opportunities and is a key growth engine for our regional Private Banking business. Credit Suisse is highly committed to growing our Greater China private banking franchise by continuing to build up our teams of relationship managers in the Hong Kong hub servicing the Greater China market.”
