Uetlihof is now home to 8,000 workplaces – a clear commitment to Zurich

After three years of construction, Credit Suisse's new Uetlihof 2 office building is ready to open its doors. With the new building, the Uetlihof complex forms one of the largest office buildings in Switzerland and is home to 8,000 workplaces, a new power station, a staff restaurant, and a fitness area for employees. The general contractor responsible for the project was HRS Real Estate AG of Zurich. The ten-story building was constructed in line with the Minergie-P-Eco standard based on plans by Stücheli Architects of Zurich, who designed the existing Uetlihof building between 1974 and 1979. Construction contracts totaling CHF 270 million were awarded mostly to local and regional companies.
