Special Arrangements

  • Forum Genève is officially open from Monday to Friday. Exceptionally, however, some events may be organized on the weekend. In this case, an hourly supplement of CHF 120 applies.
  • A 20% discount is granted on the half-day rate for evening conferences that do not exceed 1½ hours. The evening supplement of CHF 100 per hour starting at 18:00pm remains applicable.
  • A loyalty discount of 20% will be awarded from the fifth reservation during a given year (one day = one reservation).
  • Humanitary and charitable organizations benefit by a reduction of 20% on the rental costs.
