Special Arrangements

Forum Genève is officially open from Monday to Friday. Exceptionally, however, some events may be organized on the weekend. In this case, an hourly supplement of CHF 120 applies.
A 20% discount is granted on the half-day rate for evening conferences that do not exceed 1½ hours. The evening supplement of CHF 100 per hour starting at 18:00pm remains applicable.
A loyalty discount of 20% will be awarded from the fifth reservation during a given year (one day = one reservation).
Humanitary and charitable organizations benefit by a reduction of 20% on the rental costs.
