Credit Suisse is making changes to its Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, systems and support organization. We are introducing globally harmonized processes supported by one global IT tool called MyShop. We will go-live on November 15^th 2011 in Switzerland.

With the recent amendment to the India Income Tax Act, it is now mandatory for Non-Resident suppliers to register with the Indian Income Tax authorities and obtain the Permanent Account Number (PAN) with effect from April 1, 2010 for tax compliance purposes.

Credit Suisse was renamed to Credit Suisse AG with effect from November 9, 2009. Existing contracts with us need not to be amended or re-signed only because of this renaming. However, any further invoices need to be addressed to the new name as per overview.
