Q) How do Relationship Managers at Credit Suisse deliver the best client experience?

A) Because of our boutique size and our ability to access the full resources of Credit Suisse, our Relationship Managers have ready access to solutions and perspectives from across the firm. They can offer clients a range of expertise, from sophisticated financial, trust & estate and philanthropic plans to advice from specialists on hedging strategies for corporate executives. They also can ensure that our clients have one-on-one interaction with our Chief Investment Officer for a dialogue regarding the market environment or asset allocation strategies.

Q) How do you perceive the role of Relationship Managers at Credit Suisse?

A) The Relationship Manager is central to everything we offer our clients. They are the reason a client comes to Credit Suisse. Their perspective and judgment are what ultimately matter most. And, as an integrated firm, it is the Relationship Manager who ensures that we bring to bear for our clients all of the institution's intellectual capital.

Q) What qualities are you seeking when you consider adding a Relationship Manager to the team at Credit Suisse?

A) Quite simply, we look for people with a passion for serving their clients. On top of that, they must possess intellectual curiosity as well as the sound judgment gained by many years of serving the needs of wealthy individuals and families.

A) Because we only serve affluent clients, our Relationship Managers are singularly focused on the issues affecting such clients. And, they have the tenacity to ensure that we as a firm always place our focus where it belongs: on the clients’ interests.
