Investment Approach
Mubadala Infrastructure Partners (“MIP”) represents a strategic alliance between Credit Suisse, General Electric Company (“GE”) and Mubadala Development Company (“MDC”), the wholly-owned investment vehicle of the Government of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. MDC focuses on investments in both infrastructure development projects and operating assets across a broad range of infrastructure sectors. MIP leverages its experienced investment team, MDC’s deep investment history and contacts in the MENA region, and Credit Suisse’s and General Electric’s local presence and market expertise to generate robust deal flow. MIP seeks to capitalize on the region’s growing population (one of the fastest in the world), strong GDP growth and the resulting high demand for new and improved infrastructure across the broad range of infrastructure sectors it is targeting.
