Following the completion of the transaction between Credit Suisse and Aberdeen Asset Management PLC in the United Kingdom, ownership of the Credit Suisse OEIC and Multi-Manager Fund range transferred to Aberdeen Asset Management PLC, effective 1 July and 1 August 2009 respectively.
