At Credit Suisse, we are committed to continuously enhancing our Private Banking services and providing you with a superior client experience.

Recognizing the increasing mobility of our clients and the speed with which markets move, we are pleased to advise that our Private Banking service in Singapore will be extended to Saturdays from 9am to 2pm, effective from 27 March 2010.

We would like to encourage you to use your weekend visits to Singapore to take some time to review your investment portfolio together with your relationship manager or investment specialist in the discreet environment of our newly refurbished office at One Raffles Link. 

Saturday Services

Upon prior request and appointment, the following private banking services will be made available:

• Review and discuss your investments and portfolios with your Relationship Managers, Investment Consultants and respective investment specialists
• Cash deposits 
• Deposit amount should not exceed CHF100,000 or equivalent
• Acceptable currencies limited to: SGD, USD, EUR, CHF, AUD, HKD and JPY
• Cash withdrawals
• Acceptable currencies limited to: SGD, USD, EUR, CHF, AUD, HKD and JPY
• Cash withdrawals must not exceed CHF100,000 or equivalent (no exceptions)
• Availability of safe deposit boxes
• Printing of client statements (travel)
• Collection of retained mail

The following banking services will not be availalbe:

• Cash deposits and withdrawals in currencies other than SGD, USD, EUR, CHF, AUD, HKD and JPY
• Client services without prior appointment will be accommodated on a best efforts basis
• As Saturdays are not considered an official business day for the Singapore office, investment transactions will not be effected
