We offer around 1,400 training positions each year in Switzerland alone. In addition to apprenticeships, a growing number of these vacancies are available to high school and university graduates. We also place great emphasis on continued training and development. The bank's own Business School has won numerous awards. In 2005, for example, it was the first bank training center in the world to receive the CLIP Award from the European Foundation for Management Development.
