Responsibility in Society
At Credit Suisse, our commitment to society and social issues has a long tradition. Together with partner organizations, we strive to improve living standards and to provide development opportunities for disadvantaged people in communities around the world.
Global Commitment
We support a wide range of humanitarian and charitable projects in all the regions in which we operate.
Social Commitments in the Americas Region
Through the Credit Suisse Americas Foundation support is provided to local communities through charitable and volunteer activities and is focused on ways that leverage contributions to have the greatest possible impact on the community.
Social Commitments in the Asia Pacific Region
A key element of the Asia Pacific philanthropic activities is funding for disadvantaged children through education in lesser developed countries. Innovative solutions for school enrolment and capacity are also supported.
Social Commitments in the EMEA Region
Credit Suisse supports a range of initiatives across Europe, Middle East and Africa where we have business operations. Project support focuses on education and participation and is established through long-term partnerships.
Social Commitments in Switzerland
In Switzerland, our charitable commitments are coordinated by the Jubilee Fund of the Credit Suisse Foundation and the bank’s Corporate Volunteering team.
