Health and Flexibility
A pleasant environment makes working life easier and enhances satisfaction and performance. Internal specialist units help.
At Credit Suisse, we believe there is a close link between employee productivity and the promotion of a healthy workplace culture. We also recognize that to sustain the commitment and performance of employees, we must provide a flexible working environment that enables them to remain fit and healthy while fulfilling their professional and personal duties. As well as offering flexible working arrangements such as part-time positions, job sharing and telecommuting, we provide staff with authorized remote access to our corporate network so that they can also complete some of their work from home. Our specialist units “Health and Social Care”, “Health and Wellness” as well as “Child Services” form part of our response to the growing demand for healthy and well-balanced working environments.
Alongside maternity leave, Credit Suisse policy also provides paternity and adoption leave.
Many of our offerings are valid worldwide and are also available to domestic partners and part-time employees.
