Business School

The Business School offers employees a broad-based platform for training, personal development and the transfer of knowledge. All employees have the opportunity to continuously improve their performance. The Business School provides them with courses and programs that correspond to their function within the company as well as their training requirements.

The Credit Suisse Business School aligns its offering to the business strategy and objectives of the bank. It thus helps to enhance the company's success by making a significant contribution to the bank's efforts in the fields of innovation, the promotion of young talent and the improvement of service quality. The Business School also offers specialist and management training. In both of these areas, its programs are based on knowledge, technologies and methods derived from practice and theory, thus ensuring that the training closely reflects the real nature of the business. The Business School is committed to the philosophy of continuous learning.

In June 2005 - one year after the Business School was launched - Credit Suisse became the first bank worldwide to receive the international CLIP award (Corporate Learning Improvement Process). This certification was granted by the European Foundation for Management Development, which accredits corporate universities on the basis of their performance and the quality of their training and development programs.
