Credit Suisse Study on the Structure and Prospects of Canton Thurgau
Thurgau Well on its Way Thanks to Prudent Locational Policy
Zurich, September 15, 2004 Canton Thurgau is often underestimated. It is true that its industry structure is geared towards less value creation intensive industries, or towards industries that are subject to strong structural changes, which limit the growth potential of value creation. However, canton Thurgau possesses above-average locational quality, a healthy population structure, and sufficient flexibility to enable improvements to its general framework. This is one of the conclusions of the new regional study produced by Credit Suisse for the economic region Thurgau.
