Country Award Winner Switzerland

For the second consecutive year, Credit Suisse has been awarded Country Award Winner Switzerland by The Banker magazine. The prize is a reward for Credit Suisse’s client-focused, integrated model that has proven resilient and increasingly differentiates the bank from its competitors.

Best Bank in Switzerland

Credit Suisse has been acclaimed as "Best Bank" in Switzerland in this year's Euromoney Awards for Excellence, for the second consecutive year. Euromoney, the renowned financial publication, has recognized Credit Suisse's successful implementation of the integrated business model and its leading position in Switzerland.

The Euromoney Award for Excellence 2008 is the latest in a series of financial awards. In addition to "Best Bank" in Switzerland (Euromoney 2007), other awards are, for example, "Best Private Bank" in Switzerland (Euromoney 2004, 2006 and 2007), "Best Investment Bank" in Switzerland (Euromoney 2004, 2006 and 2007) and "Best Trade Finance Bank" (Global Finance Magazine 2001–2007).

Best Representative Bank of the Year

Credit Suisse has been awarded the title “Best Representative Bank" in Egypt by Global Trade Matters, a Forum on International Trade Agreements. The Committee of the Awards 2008 consists of members of the Central Bank of Egypt and from the Cairo and Alexandria Stock Exchanges.

mm-Imageprofile award

Credit Suisse is the first non-German bank to receive the award for the company with the best image in the German financial sector.

"manager magazin", one of the leading business magazines for managers in the German-speaking world, has been handing out the mm-Imageprofile awards since 1986. The award is based on a comprehensive study in which executive boards, managers, and senior staff respond to questions on the reputation of the major companies active in Germany.
