Global Finance	Best Trade Finance Bank in Switzerland	Like in the previous year, Credit Suisse was awarded the title "Best Trade Finance Bank in Switzerland" in 2002. The magazine "Global Finance" in New York awards this title annually to the world's best trade finance banks and financial service providers.
Banking Technology	Best Implementation of Straight Through Processing	Like in the previous year, FrontNet won a prize, as it was awarded "Highly Commended" in the "Best Implementation of Straight Through Processing" category. The jury was highly impressed by TradeNet, which improves trading capacities by identifying trading opportunities, achieving quicker order routing and offering real-time positions as well as automated settlement.
Gartner		The IT Service Architecture of Credit Suisse Financial Services was selected as the benchmark for providers of financial services by the prestigious Gartner Group. Despite many technical challenges, Credit Suisse Group succeeded in using an SOA to improve the flexibility of its mainframe enterprise applications and drastically reduce the time required for developing new solutions.
Lafferty	Private Bank in Asia	Credit Suisse was named the "No. 2 Private Bank in Asia" by the renowned Lafferty Group.
