What Do I Need?
Contractual and technical requirements for using Direct Net.
Client Relationship
You must have an account with Credit Suisse Luxembourg S.A. before you can use Direct Net Luxembourg. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
Direct Net Luxembourg Contract
Your Relationship Manager will provide you with the Direct Net Luxembourg application form.
Technical Requirements
Internet Connection
Fast internet connection (56 Kbit/s modem / ISDN, cablemodem, ADSL, decicated line, etc.).
Updated Software
Direct Net Luxembourg can generally be used with all operating system / browser combinations that are currently available. For security reasons, we recommend that you always use updated versions either of Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari.
Please also ensure that you keep your operating system (Microsoft / Macintosh) up-to-date with the latest security features.
