Our products include: efficient funding products, structured repos, investment products, disposals and acquisitions of both companies and leased assets and renewable energy investments. We also handle non MTM hedges under IAS and US GAAP. Our expertise is global, executing transactions in a wide variety of jurisdictions.

The group acts as a principal in transactions and does not provide advice to clients but co-operates with internal and external advisors of the client and, in addition, seeks independent advice from our professional advisors around the world. The Group is staffed with 24 professionals drawn from the banking, legal and accounting professions located in London, Milan, New York, Sao Paolo, Singapore and Switzerland.
