Client Service

Credit Suisse is committed to partnering with clients and developing strategic client relationships.

At Credit Suisse, Client Service is an integral part of our Prime Services offering. Our approach allows clients to choose a flexible model according to their needs.  Clients have the option of a single point of contact via the Client Service Representatives (CSR) or they can choose to liaise directly with the Prime Support Team which consists of client aligned operations product and process specialists. The two-tier structure we have in place allows clients to maintain one point of escalation via the CSR and/or their dedicated Client Relationship Manager.

Credit Suisse Prime Service’s policy is to have highly experienced CSRs focusing on a small number of clients allowing Credit Suisse to provide individual and bespoke services to each client’s specific needs. Our CSRs have an average of 8-10 years of relevant industry experience.

The CSR will provide cross-product support and liaison between the client and key support and business groups (i.e. Settlements, Margin, Stock Lending, LDO, Asset Servicing, Foreign Exchange, Sales and Marketing, Relationship Management, Legal, Credit, Compliance, Tax and Risk). With teams across Asia, Europe and the US, our dedicated client service team works closely together to provide global and seamless account coverage at all times.

Credit Suisse Prime Services is proud to provide PrimeView®, a proprietary, Internet-based portal with robust reporting tools, information, products, and services for Hedge Funds.

PrimeView® includes flexible stock loan access, accruals, margin, positions and balances, transaction details, custom reporting, auto-delivery to back office and administrators, spreadsheet download capability, and much more.

Corporate Actions - Straight Through Processing

The PrimeView® website contains more than 50 fully customizable and dynamic reports, each with their own interactive query capabilities.
