Client Onboarding
The Onboarding Team are the first point of contact for new clients joining the Prime Services platform. The global team is located in three regions (US, Europe and Asia) allowing them to manage global onboarding requirements seamlessly.
The team facilitates all functions of onboarding. They liaise directly with clients as well as internal groups across the bank. The team's aim is to ensure full client set-up prior to launch; this covers all aspects of the client's business relationship with the bank from trading & execution set-up through to delivery of operations and IT requirements. This offers a globally coordinated introduction of the client into the relevant contacts at the bank.
Aspects of the onboarding process include:
- Assigning a single onboarding contact to project manage the client set-up
- Discussing and fully understanding individual client requirements
- Introducing clients to product specialists across the bank
- Managing and implementing the credit and legal processes
- Developing and integrating technology between Credit Suisse and client systems
- Providing weekly updates for clients
