Malcolm K. Price
Malcolm K. Price is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking division, based in New York. He is the Head of the North Americas Financial Sponsors Group. Mr. Price is responsible for a number of the Bank's industrial and private investment firm clients. His experience with Credit Suisse has included public underwritings of equity and debt offerings, private placements, financial advisory assignments, mergers and acquisitions advice, and financial restructurings.
Mr. Price joined the Bank in New York in 1987 after completing his M.B.A., and transferred to the Australian office in 1991, managing the Australian investment banking business from 1994 to 1996. In 1996 Mr. Price returned to New York to assume his current role. Prior to business school, Mr. Price was a lawyer with Arthur Robinson & Hedderwicks in Melbourne, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and finance.
Mr. Price holds an M.B.A. (high distinction) degree from Harvard Business School, where he was elected a Baker Scholar, and LL.B. (honors) and B. Comm degrees from Melbourne University, where he was awarded the Supreme Court Prize.
