Credit Suisse (Guernsey) Limited was established in Guernsey in 1986. The strengths of Credit Suisse and the favorable environment found in Guernsey have since enabled it to grow to become one of the leading financial institutions in the Channel Islands. With around 250 employees on the island, Credit Suisse is able to offer a top-quality range of services, expertise, and infrastructure.  

Guernsey is the westernmost of the Channel Islands and has long enjoyed political and economic stability. Guernsey is neither part of the UK nor the European Union. There is no capital gains tax, wealth tax, inheritance tax, gift tax or value-added tax and there are no exchange controls. Banks operate in a well-regulated environment where comprehensive legislation protects the interests of investors.  

At Credit Suisse, every client has a personal relationship manager who works as part of a small team. This team approach means that clients always receive prompt assistance.
