Our Business Model

Cooperation between clients, their independent asset manager and Credit Suisse is based on an agreement setting out the rights and responsibilities of the partners. This creates clarity and assurance for all involved.

The Client

Establishes banking relationship with Credit Suisse Grants the independent asset manager limited power of attorney over his or her accounts and safekeeping accounts

Independent Asset Manager

Discusses personal financial situation with the client Agrees an investment strategy with the client Instructs the bank to implement the investment strategy

Credit Suisse

Implements the independent asset manager's instructions for the client Assists the independent asset manager on product issues, reporting opportunities, technology, and the use of specialists
