Hotel Booking Details

The AIC negotiated room rates are now Sold-Out.  Please contact the hotels directly to check on availability and best available rates for rooms.

Please note that:

• Room reservations are to be made directly with the preferred hotel.
• Delegates are responsible for all costs.
• Only Credit Suisse-approved AIC delegates are entitled to take advantage of these room block rates. Due to the extremely limited availability of rooms, Credit Suisse reserves the right to cancel bookings made for non-approved AIC attendees.
• Rooms and rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Reservations should be made as soon as possible and no later than Friday, February 17, 2012 to obtain the preferred rates (subject to availability). Reservations made after this date will be subject to availability and to prevailing room tariffs.

To confirm a room, please download, complete and return (via fax or email) the attached booking form for your preferred hotel. Credit Suisse will not be responsible for coordinating the booking.

For any concerns or questions regarding accommodation or transfers, special requests or any other enquiries, please liaise directly with the relevant hotels.  

You will receive hotel and transfer confirmation directly from the relevant hotel.

Hotel Terms and Conditions  

• Please read the Terms & Conditions, as well as deposit and cancellation clauses very carefully. These vary by hotel.  Delegates are responsible for all penalties.
