Requirements
What you need to use Direct Line Business, the telephone information service of Credit Suisse.
In order to be able to use Direct Line Business, the telephone information service of Credit Suisse, you need:
- a touch tone telephone with the keys * and # (other telephones are not suitable for Direct Line)
- a Credit Suisse account
- a Direct Line corporate agreement with a client number and a 4-digit, numeric secret code
