Mr. Wicki, a Swiss certified banker and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), heads the Strategic Investment Consulting unit of Credit Suisse, the unit responsible for ALM analyses as well as for advising and training of pension fund managers. He was previously responsible for the strategic asset allocation of insurance investments as part of the group-wide ALM process at Swiss Life. Mr. Wicki has many years of practical experience in managing assets for funds, institutional, and private clients, and is a member of the Global Association of Investment Professionals and the Swiss CFA Society.

Ms. Nowak, a bank business management assistant who holds an MA equivalent in economics, is responsible for conducting ALM analyses, as well as for the advising and training of pension fund managers. Previously, she was responsible for strategic asset allocation of foreign exchange reserves for the Swiss National Bank, a position she held for several years. She also has experience in the conceptual organization of asset allocation processes of institutional investors, including benchmark construction and risk management.

Dr. Graf, Ph.D. econ. (University of St. Gallen – Graduate School of Business, Economics, Law, and Social Sciences), is responsible for the training and advising of pension fund managers, as well as for carrying out asset and liability analyses. Previously, he worked at Man Investments as a portfolio construction specialist responsible for creating client-specific investment solutions. Dr. Graf also has several years' experience as a senior risk manager, during which his responsibilities included client-specific risk and performance reporting.
