It is crucial that prospective customers meet these minmal requirements. They are the preconditions for the conclusion of a contract. However, even if the requirements are met, Credit Suisse is in now way obliged to enter into a contract. Credit Suisse can at any time redefine or add further requirements as preconditions to enter into a contractual obligation.
