Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund Hospitality (CS REF Hospitality) invests in diversified hospitality properties throughout Switzerland. In addition to purchasing existing properties, the fund develops new construction projects. The real estate investments are diversified according to operator, use and location. The fund is only offered to qualified investors.
