Acquisition & Sale

The Acquisition and Sales team is responsible for acquiring real estate and real estate projects in accordance with the investment criteria. In this process, the specific criteria are determined based on the profile of the intended investment vehicle for the property. The real estate portfolio is actively managed in the interests of investors. This means that properties are sold if they no longer meet the investment criteria.

The investment criteria are more restrictive for international acquisitions. The focus is therefore on established markets, or those with growth potential, that are characterized by liquidity, transparency, and legal security, as well as on commercial properties.
