With over USD 140 billion in assets under management, Credit Suisse is one of the world’s largest and most successful managers of alternative investments, boasting a 20-year history of successful investment performance with experienced investment management teams in all our major investment centers globally. Real estate is an important pillar of the alternative investments businesses, accounting for over 20% of the total assets under management.
A tradition of innovation in Asset Management
The oldest real estate fund in Switzerland, dating from 1938, is managed by our Real Estate investment team.
