Financing of Residential Property

You have the option of using or pledging your 2nd pillar vested benefits capital to purchase owner-occupied residential property.

Advance Withdrawal

You withdraw your vested benefits capital early and use it as owner's equity to repay an existing mortgage.

Pledge

You pledge your vested benefits capital and retain all your entitlements from your pension fund. By pledging your vested benefits capital as additional collateral, we will grant you a higher mortgage than the usual 80% of the market value and a reduction on the second mortgage.
