Services

You can use Direct Line services to: Check the balance on accounts and safekeeping accounts, make transfers between Credit Suisse accounts, order statements of accounts
and statements of investments, and obtain interest, banknote, and foreign exchange rates in real time.

  • Press any key.
  • Press 1 for personal services.
  • Key in the test client number 1234567.
  • Confirm with #.
  • Key in the test security code (PIN) 4321.

Charges

Direct Line services are free of charge. All you pay for is the telephone call. Upon request, Direct Line can send you your account and safekeeping account statements to a specified fax machine anywhere in the world. This service costs CHF 1 per fax.
