What you need to use Direct Line, the telephone information service of Credit Suisse.

To use Direct Line, the telephone information service of Credit Suisse, you need the following: a touch-tone telephone that features the * and # keys (rotary phones or phones without the * and # keys do not support Direct Line), a Credit Suisse account, and a Direct Line contract with a customer number and a 4-digit, numeric security code.
