Using This Service

To use the Credit Suisse Mobile Finance service, all you need is an internet-equipped cellular phone.

Please note the following restrictions:

News alerts will be sent by SMS to Swiss-registered cellular numbers only (i.e. numbers with the 076, 077, 078 and 079 prefixes).

For legal reasons, users with prefixes in Canada, India, Japan, the UK and the US are prohibited from accessing publicly available financial information.

Your cellular phone must be able to display secure https-pages.

How it works:

We will be glad to set up a free user account for you as a Mobile Finance user, and send the link with the corresponding internet address via SMS to your cellular telephone.*

  1. Request SMS link
  2. Open the link to the "Credit Suisse Mobile Finance" service after you receive the SMS.
  3. Save the service by bookmarking it in your Favorites.
  4. The next time you call it up, you will be logged directly into the Credit Suisse Mobile Finance service, and taken to your preferred start page. The page can be configured the way you want by going to "Settings", "Homepage".
  5. If Credit Suisse Mobile Finance already has your mobile phone number on file, you can use the SMS link to automatically access your personal profile as well.
  6. You can optimize and customize how the pages are displayed on your mobile web browser by navigating to "Settings" within Credit Suisse Mobile Finance.
*Please note that your telephone number will not be used for commercial or marketing purposes, nor will it be sold or shared with third parties. For the technical implementation and execution of the service, the telephone number will be forwarded only to third parties in Switzerland that are involved in the technical handling of this service. Please be aware that you will not receive any further SMS with hyperlinks or URLs from Credit Suisse Mobile Finance unless specifically requested. Please use this service only on your internet-enabled cellular phone and never send your URL to anyone else.
