Which standing orders can be viewed in Direct Net?

Both standing orders delivered in writing (form, letter, etc.) and those issued via Direct Net can be viewed, modified and deleted in Direct Net.

Up to what point can I issue a payment order in Direct Net?

Payment orders can be issued up to 07:00 on the day of execution. Payments for same-day execution can be issued from 07:00 to 14:00 (in the case of a single payment) and from 07:00 to 12:00 (TeleDTA / file) as "Express." Express payments incur charges and can no longer be modified or deleted.

Up to what point can I modify or delete a payment order in Direct Net?

Payment orders can be modified or deleted up until 24:00 on the day before execution.

What is the difference between execution day and value date?

Execution day refers to the day on which the payment order is processed. The value date is the day from which interest is calculated for debit and credit items.

How do the payment templates work?

The client can generate payment templates as one-off templates or as collective templates (payment list and salary list, salary list only with relevant authorization). These templates can be saved and administered in self-made folders (max. 20 folders).

Can I enter payments offline?

Payers with large transaction volumes can issue payment orders in DTA (data carrier exchange) format. The DTA files are transmitted via TeleDTA to Credit Suisse for processing. DTA files are entered in the accounting software for example SAP, Abacus, Sesam, etc.) or in special payment account entry software. Credit Suisse offers its clients similar software free of charge to download. Further information is available via the link below.

Why can't I specify today as the execution date?

It is possible to do this, in principle. Same-day payments within the bank can be ordered up to 21:00. All other payments can be ordered with today as execution date using the Express option.

How can I modify or delete a payment?

Payments entered in Direct Net can be modified or deleted directly in the "administer payments" menu under "payment overview".
The overview shows you the current status of each payment. Please click on Beneficiary/ List/Alias for a file in order to monitor the Payment groups/Payments and their status.

How do I investigate a payment which has not yet been executed/booked?

How do I create a standing order?

Any type of payment you call up in Direct Net can be executed as a standing order.

By using the "Standing order" button inside the payment screen, you can trigger a
periodic payment.

You can suspend execution of a standing order for a certain period or use an existing single payment to trigger additional single payments.

What is the "Express option"?

The Express option allows you to have urgent payments executed on the same day; you will receive the best possible value date for them, depending on the cut-off time for order acceptance.

The Express option is available for single payments on bank business days from 07:00 to 14:00 and for collective

What is the function "Show/Hide Process"?

This function allows you to see which user issued, modified, approved or deleted an order
and when.

"Show Process" displays this information, and "Hide Process" conceals it again.
