How do I order a statement of investments online?
Select the "Order statement" tab in the appropriate statement of investments or safekeeping account and order the statement there.
What is the difference between "statement of investments" and "safekeeping account" in Direct Net?
In addition to safekeeping account positions, the statement of investments also shows the accounts selected for the portfolio (incl. precious metals and money market accounts), forward, futures and options for precious metals and foreign exchange.
What information can I find in the "Asset structure/safekeeping account structure" analysis?
The "Asset allocation" shows the asset classes and currencies in which the portfolio or safekeeping account assets are invested.
What information can I find under "Sector analysis or analysis
by debtor categories"?
The sector analysis or analysis by debtor category shows the sectors in which the assets are invested and the debtor categories in which the nominal assets are invested.
What information can I find in the "Country analysis"?
The country analysis shows the countries in which the portfolio or safekeeping account assets are invested.
What information can I find in the "Maturity analysis"?
The maturity analysis shows the time of the likely maturity of the nominal assets. A distinction is made between maturities of above and below one year.
How do I apply for access to the online statement of investments if I do not yet have it in Direct Net?
Please contact your client advisor. who will be able to activate your authorization.
How can I print pages in the safekeeping account/statement
of investments?
The best way to do it is via the "Print" link on each page, which can be found at the top and bottom right of the page. Depending on the asset classes in your safekeeping account, individual pages can contain a large amount of information. To allow you to print these as well, the information is displayed in a reduced print version. The "Show all details" link takes you to the page with all the detailed information.
Where can I check the current value of the securities in my
safekeeping account?
You can obtain the required security prices by clicking on the security no. on the "Current safekeeping account positions" page under "Securities trading" (navigation links). You also have the option, for example on the "Safekeeping account position previous day" page, of transferring all the securities into the stock market memo (link at the top right). Here you can see price information at a glance on the securities that you have selected for display.
