How long are my e-bills accessible in Direct Net?
Your bills are available to you for a maximum of three months after the payment. We recommend that you save copies of your bills.
Is the e-bills service free of charge?
The e-bill service is free of charge - with the exception of the usual Direct Net payment transaction charges.
Where do I find the billers that send the bills electronically?
Either in Direct Net under "e-bills" or by clicking on the link below.
What must I do to receive bills electronically?
For Direct Net users it couldn't be more straightforward: To receive your bills electronically, register in Direct Net for this service under "e-bills". Proceed as follows:
- Accept the terms and conditions
- Register with PayNet
- Register with the billers
What must I do if I want to receive the bills in paper form again?
Cancel your registration in Direct Net with the corresponding biller. The biller will then send you the bills in paper form again.
